Dallas Casper-Heaward

Dallas Casper-Heaward is a multidisciplinary artist, specializing in drawing and painting, based in Tempe, Arizona. Her focus is on expressing identity through multiple media and technology. Dallas has been practicing her skills since she was very little and is now pursuing a degree in Animation through Arizona State University. With much dedication, she wishes to explore identity and expression through multiple media.

Dallas’s artistic practice focuses on emphasizing a figure-ground relationship to express a strong idea or message. By creating visually attractive textures and striking figures, she explores narratives that can be found in daily life. Dallas aims to evoke strong emotions in her audience by discussing harsh topics that most people avoid. Overall, she yearns to provoke feelings within the viewer and create a piece that resonates with humanity.
